Rob Ashton

An innate understanding of property fundamentals honed within the structural design and project management fields was a great springboard into the real estate industry for Rob Ashton who is a key member of the Bayleys Remuera residential sales team.

Having graduated from the University of Auckland in 1989 with a Bachelors Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering, Rob put his academic learnings to work in that industry for 10 years before finding a passion for sales and marketing in the health supplements market both here and in the UK and Europe.

Seven years ago, the real estate industry beckoned and after attaining his salespersons certificate, Rob went on to gain his branch managers’ papers via Massey University’s Graduate Diploma in Real Estate course and later, his AREINZ accreditation status. It has been a great career move for Rob – a consistent performer for Bayleys.

Not one to do things by halves, Rob believes in the intrinsic value of further education and in staying abreast of market information and economic trends, then passing this knowledge on.
